1. Spend
Be an active customer buying at least an item per hour.
2. Food
Eat during dine times, or at least make room for diners.
3. Space
Use a suitable-sized table/bar. Meeting? You’re all customers.
4. Calls
No loud call voices, headphones on. Cameras not facing other customers.
5. Tidy
Don’t ‘desktop’ the table by making a muddle of your stuff.
6. Power
Fine to plug into power if near you. No dangerous dangling cables.
7. Staff
If staff request relocation, please comply, no arguments.
A note on time and food from KNEAD...
Best times to work are 8am – 11am and 3pm – 4:30pm. We would appreciate you having a brunch if you work through lunch.
